The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to approach the High Power Committee for seeking redressal of their grievance. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.4 society and the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.5 have no objection to the aforesaid course of action being followed. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the Petitioner approaches the High Power Committee within a period of two weeks from date, the High Power Committee may consider the Petitioners application / representation expeditiously and dispose of the same within 8 weeks from date. The contentions of the parties are kept open for being urged before the High Power Committee.
