Heard Mr.Pritam R. Pendor, the learned counsel for the applicants. Heard Mrs.S.V.Gajare, the learned APP for the State. I have gone through the report sent by the learned Judge of the trial court.

18-APPLN-741-2014.doc After considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, I do not think that a transfer of the case, as prayed for, should be ordered.

However, the trial court shall be requested to proceed with the trial expeditiously, and endeavour to decide it at an early date. Further, since applicant no.1 has expressed an apprehension that there is a danger to his life, the learned Judge of the trial court shall, after ascertaining the particulars of such apprehension from applicant no.1, give appropriate directions to the police authorities concerned. The police authorities concerned, are directed to follow the instructions, as may be given by the learned Judge of the trial court in that regard, scrupulously. The application is rejected, but with the aforesaid directions.
