By this Civil Application, condonation of delay has been sought in filing of First Appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 17/10/2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Niphad in Land Reference No. 103 of 2004 and for direction to the ofÏce to register the Appeal and place it for admission.
