After the matter was investigated, it was noticed by the Investigating Officer that on the disputed document neither the handwriting is that of the complainant nor of the accused and as such, the further investigation cannot be carried out and proposed to file "A Summary" in the matter.

In view of aforesaid statement, nothing survives in the petitions. All these petitions as such stand disposed of. 3.
