By this application, which is sent through jail, the applicant prays that the trial Court be directed to hear his case on day-to-day basis or in the alternative, prays for his release on bail. 2.

Learned A.P.P states that vide order dated 9th December, 2014, this Court had rejected the application of the present applicant being Criminal Bail Application No. 1525 of 2014 on merits. Learned A.P.P SQ Pathan 1/2

ba.2754.14.doc states on instructions that a new Judge would be assigned with MCOCA matters from 1st March, 2015.

In view of the same, the learned Judge will make an endeavour to proceed with the criminal case as expeditiously as possible, considering the fact that the charge in the said case was framed on 19th October, 2012. 4.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

A copy of this order be sent to the applicant, who is lodged in Thane Central Prison.
