The grievance of the Petitioner as reflected in his application before the concerned authority and in this petition is that he was an under-trial prisoner and he was harassed and tortured by the jail authorities. In our opinion, said prayer can be considered by the DIG, Prisons. In that view of the matter, it was open for the Petitioner to approach the DIG, Prisons for redressal of his grievance. 2.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3.
