CORAM : SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.

DATE : 03 JANUARY 2024 P.C. :

1.

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in these applications, learned senior counsel and other learned counsel pray for unconditional withdrawal of these applications. Their only request is that, this withdrawal may not come in their way if and when they prefer an application for regular bail. The request is reasonable. 2.

Permission is granted. The applications are allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. It is made clear that, in future if any of the applicants prefer an application for regular bail, it shall be decided on its own merits uninfluenced by withdrawal of these anticipatory bail applications.

3.

With this observation, all the anticipatory bail applications are disposed of.

4.

With disposal of the main applications, all the interim applications are also disposed of.
