The grievance raised in the petition is that at the relevant time, he was in jail for about 15 months and he was not allowed to meet his family members. He also prays for speedy trial.

In case the petitioner is still in jail, we direct the Superintendent of the concerned jail to look into the grievance of the petitioner and allow him to meet his family members in accordance with the procedure laid down in the jail manual.
