1. Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

2. The limited grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 30.10.2017 was for providing a copy of the FIR so as to file a substantive Appeal in the Supreme Court.

3. Learned APP has submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 which states that the Petitioner's trial is over and he stands convicted, also his Appeal against the said conviction is also dismissed.

4. In view of the above status, the grievance of the Petitioner in the Petition does not subsist. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
