The original claimants will be at liberty to withdraw an initial amount of Rs.5 lakhs. This is without prejudice to their rights to file civil application for withdrawal of a further amount. The MACT, Mumbai will permit this withdrawal on production of an authenticated copy of this order. The remaining amount is to be invested in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank. (G. S.
