Today the learned counsel for the Respondents submits that they have already decided the Petitioner's Application dated by order dated 30.03.2021 and same has been rejected. He has placed on record a copy of the said order. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

No order as to costs.
