It is an admitted fact on record that, by an Order dated 18th April, 2022 passed below Exh-5 in Miscellaneous Application No. 93 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Barshi, as and by way of interim relief, the custody of Master Vivan (corpus herein) has been directed to be given to Petitioner.

In view thereof, present Petition for habeas corpus and/or for execution of said order dated 18th April, 2022 is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
