The applicant has already surrendered her bail bond. 3.
The applicant is convicted for an offence punishable under section 3 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 4.
The applicant has produced certain documents dermonstrating her adverse health conditions. The applicant was
2 905b) appra744-16.doc on bail during the trial and the appeal. In view thereof, the sentence is suspended and the applicant is admitted to bail on the same terms on which she was released by the trial Court. 5.
The applicant shall attend the concerned police station in first week of July and January of every year till the decision of the revision. In case it is noticed that the applicant is involved in similar offence, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.

The applicant shall be released on cash surety initially with an understanding that the applicant shall furnish appropriate surety within four weeks. If the applicant fails to furnish surety as ordered by the trial Court within the period stipulated above, the applicant shall surrender to her bail bonds.
