Heard learned counsel for the parties. By consent, this Petition is finally disposed of.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the proposal submitted by the Petitioner - Institution for starting new English Medium Primary School in Village Ainwadi, Taluka Khanapur, District Sangli has been forwarded by the Scrutiny Committee to the State Government, but the decision on it has not been taken by the State Government as yet. A prayer has been made to dispose of this VRD 1/2

WP14110.16 Petition by directing the Respondent No.1 to decide the said proposal (Exh.'B' to the Petition) as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid prayer, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent - State to consider and decide the Petitioner's proposal (Exh.'B') in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Petition stands disposed of.
