Sameer Pakvasa & Anr in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in A.B.A. No.1785 of 2014 dated 25.1.2016, the present applications for cancellation of anticipatory bail on merits after filing of chargesheet do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
