Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.A.B.Malvankar, Section Officer of Court Receiver.

Today the matter is shown on board to consider the Court Receiver's report No.49 of 2014. Court Receiver submitted compliance report dated 6.5.2015 stating that as per order dated 18.2.2015 passed by this court, respondent nos.1 to 4 carried out repair work of the tin shed of the Suit Premises A & B. Same is verified and inspected by the Office of the Court Receiver. They are satisfied with the work.

901 crr49-14.doc Considering the facts that the respondent nos.1 to 4 already carried out the repair work, it is not necessary to direct the Court Receiver to take any steps further. Hence, Court Receiver's report No.49 of 2014 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (d) which reads thus:

"(d) Cost of this report may be fixed at Rs.3000/- and the same may be permitted to be appropriated from the funds available with the Court Receiver in the suit account."
