Mr. Dalvi, the learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that in pursuance of the orders dated 13th January 2017 and 9th February 2017, he has brought a demand draft of Rs.10,34,000/- for paying it to the first informant. That his client has showed his willingness to deposit the amount involved in the present crime, without prejudice to his rights and contentions to be raised at the time of trial. Mr. Dalvi submitted that the said demand draft will be deposited in the Registry of this Court within period of one week from today. The said statement is accepted.

Mr. Nitesh Jain appearing on behalf of the first informant - Mr. Bhupesh Aneja, submitted that his client is not interested in settling the matter for principal amount and his client expects interest for four years on the principal amount.

In view of the above, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the crime is not necessary. Hence, the following order :

(i) The interim relief granted by order dated 13th January 2017 is hereby confirmed.

(ii) The applicant is directed to deposit the demand draft of Rs.10,34,000/- in the Registry of this Court within period of one week from today.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.

(iv) Condition to report to the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.
