After this petition was heard for some time, there is a consensus between the parties. Learned Counsel for the respondent in all fairness has stated that the respondent is willing to make payment of interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the petitioner, which would be payable from the month of February 2018. Statement as made on behalf of the respondent is accepted. In the event the respondent secures an employment, she shall intimate the fact of the employment to the respondent.

In view of above consensus, adjudication of this petition is not called for. It is accordingly disposed of however, in the above terms. No costs.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner who is present in the Court, in all fairness makes a statement that the petitioner would also not pursue the proceedings initiated by her under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. [G.S. KULKARNI, J.]
