The copy of the consent terms between the petitioner/plaintiff No. 1 and respondent nos. 5 to 7/defendant nos. 63(1 to 3) dated 26 th April, 2018 is taken on record and marked as Exhibit A. 3.

As none appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called out on 19th April, 2018, it was kept on 20th June, 2018 under the caption of "Dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner. Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed in default.
