Having heard both sides and finding that a Revision Application against the order passed on 17th December, 2015 is Aswale 1/3

pending before the State Government but presently the Minister of Co-operation and Textile, Government of Maharashtra is not available. Let the Revision and/or application for stay, be taken up by the said Revisional Authority on 30th December, 2015. The Revisional Authority, shall endeavor to conclude the proceedings and pass a speaking order so also communicate it to the Petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the conclusion of hearing.

Till the conclusion of the Revision Application before the Minister or consideration of the stay application and whichever is decided by order on 30th December, 2015, the Administrator appointed to manage and administer the affairs of Petitioner No.10 society shall not take charge, if he has already not taken the same. However, all the Managing Committee members shall take day-today decisions only and manage the day-to-day affairs of the society. Meaning, no major policy decision shall be taken. The Revisional Authority shall hear not only Petitioner Nos. 1 to 9 but equally Aswale 2/3

those permitted to intervene in appellate proceedings. The Writ Petition is disposed off.
