She is seeking pre-arrest bail.

910-ABA-2695-2019.odt I have perused the complaint. Applicant is social worker allegedly caused intimidation to the medicare service person in discharging his duties. Presence of the applicant, who is social worker is captured in CCTV footage as evident from the complaint itself.
