This is an application for anticipatory bail in CR No.250 of 2019 registered with Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune. The offences were registered under Sections 3,4,5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and u/s 370 of IPC. The applicant is the owner of Spa. Under the garb of conducting activities relating so spa, he used to induce girls who were working there to indulge in prostitution activities on payment of extra money.

Learned counsel for applicant submitted that investigation was not conducted by authorized person. Custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. The applicant is willing to co-operate with the investigation.

Learned APP brought to my notice the investigation papers. I have perused the investigation papers. On perusal of the statements of victims and other witnesses, it is apparent that the applicant was

2 of 2 911.ABA.2696.2019.doc indulging in prostitution activities under the pretext that he is conducting activities relating to spa. In the light of material on record, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. The anticipatory bail application is rejected.
