The Petitioner who claims to be without any roof, since 2007 seeks a direction to City Civil Court at Dindoshi, Mumbai, to expedite her Suit being S.C.Suit No.1402 of 2016. Learned A.G.P. points out that other parties to Suit are not parties and State of Maharashtra is the sole Respondent in Writ.

During hearing, we find that there may be several other matters before that Court of similar nature. Hence, merely because the

It was and it is always open for the Petitioner to point out her plight to trial Court and trial Court can considering its calender look into it, as per law.

Hence, with the said liberty to the Petitioner, we dispose of this Petition.
