This application has been filed by the applicant through jail, hence, we appoint Advocate Ms. Sarojini Upadhyay who is on the panel of Advocates of High Court Legal Services Committee, Bombay to represent the applicant in this application.

By Judgment and Order dated 15.6.2009 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No. 349 of jfoanz vkacsjdj 1 of 2
1. cri appa 1578-15.doc 2007, the applicant was inter alia convicted and sentenced under Sections 302 and 498-A read with 34 of IPC. Being aggrieved thereby, the applicant preferred Criminal Appeal No. 796 of 2009. The said appeal came to be dismissed by this Court by judgment and order dated 23.10.2013. The applicant has now requested to send his case for CBI inquiry or Narco test or Brain mapping test.

There is no provision in criminal law about review of the matter when the same is finally disposed of except to correct a clerical and arithmetical error. This is clear from Section 362 of Code of Criminal Procedure. No case is made out for interference. Application rejected.
