By this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner/original defendant is challenging the order dated 27.09.2015 passed by Ad hoc District Judge-3, Raigad-Alibag below Exhibit-5 in Regular Civil Appeal No.137 of 2016.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that, appellate Court to decide Regular Civil Appeal No.137 of 2016 on its own merits as early as possible. 4.

c) Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. d) No order as to costs.
