By Judgment and Order dated 25.11.2008 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sewree in Sessions Case No. 6 of 2007, the applicant was mainly convicted and sentenced under Section 302 read with 34 of IPC. Being aggrieved thereby, the applicant preferred Criminal Appeal No. 388 of 2009. The said appeal came to be dismissed by this Court by judgment and order dated 13.8.2015. There is no provision in criminal law about review of the matter when the same is finally disposed of except to correct a clerical and arithmetical error. This is clear from Section 362 of Code of Criminal Procedure. No case is made out for interference. Application rejected.
