This civil application has been taken out for condonation of delay of 162 days in filing the accompanying Civil Revision Application (CRA) from the order dated 6th April, 2015 of the Civil Judge Junior Division, Kolhapur.

The impugned order was passed on 6th April, 2015 and the applicants obtained copy of the same on 10th April, 2015. However, in view of the lack of financial resources coupled with being illiterate, they were unable to organize filing of the application within the stipulated time. Mr. Salunke learned counsel appearing for the respondents opposes the condonation application.

However, I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the application for delay in filing accompanying CRA. 1/2

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed and the delay of 162 days in filing CRA is condoned.
