Applicant No. 1 is present with his advocate. Similarly, respondent No. 2 is present with her advocate. Both parties jointly request for quashing of FIR which is essentially under 498A. Parties point out that in Marriage Petition No. 1280 of 2016 on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, consent terms were presented and accepting the same, marriage between parties is already dissolved.
