The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the chargesheet in CR No.240/2015 registered with Kasarwadwali Police Station, Thane is submitted before the competent Court on 19.1.2016. In view of the said change in circumstance, the learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted. If the applicant files such a fresh bail application before the Trial Court, the Trial Court is hereby requested to hear the said same as early as possible.
