After arguing the matter for some time when the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is prayed that the trial may be expediated.

In view of the submissions, applicant is allowed to withdraw this application, although the time limit for concluding the trial cannot be imposed on the trial Court. Considering the fact that applicant is in custody, the Court would make an endevour to complete the trial expeditiously.
