This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. Deceased Respondent No.1 passed away on 1st September 2022. There is delay of 10 days in filing the application.

Mr. Almeida, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 are served and he has filed affidavit of service. Inspite of 1/2

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.
