P.C:- This petition has been moved for transfer of criminal case from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raigad Alibag back to the Court of JMFC, Panvel, which has heard the application for discharge. It is informed that a bunch of cases came to be transferred on administrative ground. The application moved by the Petitioners has been rejected by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raigad Alibag. The Petitioners can very well approach the Sessions Court for redressal of their grievance.
