The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. I-59 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code. 2).
One, Madhav Palladwar, an Retired employee of Mantralaya, happens to be the father of applicant no.2, Sameer and
Rane * 2/2 * ABA-2177-2016 Wednesday,21.12.2016 sr.no.906 a close relative of applicant no.1. Said Madhav had promised placement in Government employment to various unemployed youth and has accepted illegal consideration for the same, procured forged appointment letters etc.

In the FIR and other material available on record, it is specifically mentioned that both these applicants before the Court have accepted the amount from the aspiring candidates who were seeking employment through Madhav.

The acceptance of amount by the applicants speaks of their direct and prima-facie involvement in the crime in question. No case for grant of pre-arrest bail is made out. The Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected.
