The applicant is praying for deletion of the names of Nos. Respondent Nos. 2(a) to 2(c), 3(a) to 3(c) and 4 to 7. Learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that copy of Civil Application is served on other side and Affidavit of Service is filed to that effect. It is further submitted that the Hon'ble Court (Court : R.G. Ketkar, J.) is pleased to pass an order dated 06.10.2016 in Civil Application No. 437 of 2016 in Civil Revision Application (St.) No. 15604 of 2016 permitted deletion of Respondent No. 1(a) to 1(e), 5(a) to 5(c), 6(a) to 6(c) and 7(a) to 7(c), in the said application. It is further submitted that the same Respondents are sought to be deleted in this application though their serial number in the cause title changes.

Perused Order dated 06.10.2016 of the Hon'ble Court. Civil Application is served on the other side. There is no contest to this application.

In view of the above Civil Application is allowed. The Respondents mentioned above be deleted from proceeding. Amendment to be carried out within 4 weeks. Sd/- I/c. Registrar (Judicial-II)
