The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.297/2019 dated 27.9.2019 registered at Versova Police Station, Mumbai under sections 376 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant was granted interim relief by this Court (Coram: Sandeep K. Shinde, J.) vide order dated 10.12.2019. Since then he is protected by that order. In that order, observation was made that the complaint disclosed consensual relationship between the applicant and the Deshmane (PS)

1.ABA-2702-19.odt complainant. The applicant was directed to attend the police station as and when called and was directed to cooperate in investigation.

Today, nobody appears for the applicant. However, learned APP makes a statement that the applicant has cooperated with the investigation and has attended the police station whenever called. She makes a statement, on instructions, that the investigating agency does not want to arrest the applicant. In this view of the matter, the application can be allowed. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.297/2019 registered with Versova Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) by PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date:
2021.09.20 11:53:02 +0530 PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
