Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.617 of 2019 registered with Andheri Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 32t read with Section 3t of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 7t of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, she is seeking pre-arrest bail. Applicant's husband is co-accused. He was arrested and released after a month. Victim is relative of the applicant.

t In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.617 of 2019 registered with Andheri Police Station, she shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. She shall attend the police station as and when called and co-operate in investigation;

She shall give permanent residential address and mobile contact number to the Investigating Ofcer; Application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
