Heard Mr. Mr. Chandrabhan Mohanlal Dingra, petitioner No.2 and Ms. Shaikh, learned Counsel for respondent No.1B. 2.
By order dated 20th February, 2019, the Petition was disposed of by setting aside the impugned order. The respondents/defendants were directed to remove their articles lying in the suit premises within 2 weeks. The matter was ordered to be listed today for reporting compliance. 3.
Ms. Shaikh states that respondent No.1B is present in the Court. She has tendered photo copy of his Aadhar Card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, she states that the defendants have removed their articles lying in the suit premises on 5th March, 2019. Mr. Chandrabhan Mohanlal Dingra, petitioner No.2 in person confirms the said fact.

As the order dated 20th February, 2019 is complied, no further orders are necessary. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file application for deciding mesne profit proceeding in a time bound manner.
