P.C. :- 1] After this matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on basis of instruction from the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order impugned in this petition by resort to the section 105 of the CPC, after the suit is disposed of.

2] The request is reasonable and accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty as aforesaid. This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
