This is an application for modification of order dated 9th March 2018 passed by the Court of Sessions, at Dindoshi in Bail Application Exhibit-4 in CR No.101 of 2018, which was subsequently modified by order dated 12th June 2018. The applicant was granted bail with a direction that he shall attend Versova Police Station daily between 6 pm to 8 pm till filing of charge sheet. Subsequently he was directed to attend police station on every Tuesday and Friday till filing of charge sheet. It is submitted that the applicant has complied the said directions. Learned APP on instructions of the officer who is present in the Court submits that the charge sheet would be filed tomorrow.

Since the condition to attend was till filing of charge sheet and in view of the statement made by learned APP, further modification of the order is not required. Accordingly, Criminal Application No.627 of 2018 is disposed off.
