Mr. Butala, the learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset makes a statement that the Petitioner's proposal under Ekatmik Prabhag Vikas Scheme is taken on the agenda of next general body meeting of the Respondent-Corporation. He submits that in that view of the matter, grievance of the Petitioner at this stage no more survives. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted.
