The petitioners raised issue, which was raised in Writ Petition No. 13320 of 2016. The said writ petition was disposed of by this court by order dated 15/12/2016.

The petitioners raise issue regarding the correction of their names in the voters' list. In case such correction is permissible by the Election Officer appointed under the People's Representation Act, the same be looked into in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
