Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent No.3, having taken instructions from his client, made a statement that the order dated 18th April, 2015, passed by this Court in writ petition No.10639 of 2013, is already complied with inasmuch as the said illegal construction is already demolished. The statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the statement, Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly stated that the petitioner's grievance raised in the contempt petition, no more survived. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
