The Petitioner has sought a simplicter direction to de-freeze the Petitioner's savings account. The action of de-freezing the Petitioner's savings account is pursuant to an order, which we are informed is under challenge in Co-operative Court. Since the parties are already before the Co-operative Court, it is always open to the parties to seek such orders as may be permissible in law and fact, where the dispute is pending.
