Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for State. Perused the Judgment and Order dated 21st December 2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1108 of 2015 filed by the co-accused. The learned APP on instructions states that the said order and especially the statements recorded in paragraph 4 thereof have been acted upon and the charge sheet has been filed in FIR No.240 of 2015.

In view of this position, nothing survives in this petition and the same is disposed of.
