This Writ Petition is directed against the order of framing of charge on 26.10.2018 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai. The learned Counsel submits that the charge framed under sections 307 and 342 is illegal and at the most, a charge under section 326 of the Indian Penal Code could have been framed.

Perused the FIR as also the Charge. No illegality is found with the impugned order. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed in limine.
