This Application is moved for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is a delay of 90 days in filing First Appeal and it was because he was out of country to visit his daughter. The delay caused is neither intentional nor deliberate, hence, the same be condoned. 3.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application, delay of 90 days is condoned.

First Appeal be registered. Place the Appeal for admission after 8 weeks.
