This is an application for extension of time mentioned in Clause No.1 of the Undertaking dated 27.5.2015 by the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.740-2015.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that apart from the fact mentioned in the application, in a litigation filed by the Investors before the City Civil Court at Greater Mumbai, the learned Judge of the City Civil Court was pleased to grant time upto 23.6.2015 for completing the construction of the building and to obtain appropriate certificates from the concerned authorities. The learned Counsel for the Intervener submitted

Dond 2/2 appp.1061-2015.sxw that the applicant is not carrying out the construction expeditiously and the construction work is going on at very slow pace.

In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the present application in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order:- The period mentioned in Clause No.1 of the Undertaking dated 27.5.2015 is hereby further extended till 30th June 2016.
