The challenge herein is to an order granting bail to the respondent no. 2/accused by the Trial Court and confirmed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai. 3.

Gone through the impugned order. It is well reasoned. Admittedly, the charge-sheet has now been filed. It would therefore not be desirable to issue notice of this proceeding, wherein the order granting bail to the respondent/accused is sought to be cancelled. Hence, the application stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
