The prayer is to quash FIR No.499/2016 registered on 24/10/2016 under sections 143, 147, 451, 511, 506(2), 149 and 427 of IPC. It appears that respondent No.3 complainant has given consent for quashing of the same. Learned APP however has pointed out that as per her instructions, excluding the present matter there are 7-8 FIR against the applicant and about 3 chapter proceedings. It is also pointed out that in the present matter there are 5 accused persons.

We are therefore not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction. We direct the applicant to plead and point out this order if in future any other proceedings for quashing of FIR by consent are instituted by him. With these observations and directions, we reject the present criminal application (APL).
