On the applicant depositing the amount of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty lakhs) before the Claims Tribunal within period of ten weeks from today the execution of the impugned decree shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal. If the amount is not deposited within aforesaid period the award shall become executable.
